WOW. This is the best place that we have ever stayed. The lodge was amazing and the views and the surroundings were picture perfect. The owners were so helpful anytime of the day that you needed something they were more than willing to oblige and were very friendly. I would definitely recommend anybody to stay here. We will definitely be returning.

Gorgeous surroundings, lovely walks, luxurious lodge. Really wonderful holiday for dogs too! Our 14 month old learnt to walk whilst on holiday, so very special memories. We loved watching the ducks and all the chickens. Very relaxing and de-stressing break away.

It was wonderful, the place was amazing, we were greated by Heather a very helpful woman and she had made us a traditional Devon cream tea and had left us wine and eggs, the eggs were from her chicken farm and they were so lovely, very tasty! The location was amazing, it was tranquil and yet close to places to walk the dogs and shops. We all were thrilled with the lodge and the hot tub, it was the best holiday I have ever had!

This was an amazing accommodation with beautiful views over the countryside. This is the perfect hide away to relax but also has good access to activties if you wish to do days out. The hot tub was a lovely bonus to help you relax even more. Will definitely be going back.

A fantastic facility in a fantastic location. The owners were extremely helpful, welcoming and pleasant to deal with - it was the best UK holiday we have had to date bar none. We will be back!

Wattles at Lawpit Lodges is a fantastic lodge. he owners are most welcoming and accommodating. The lodge is beautiful from the outside and even better and really welcoming in the inside. We will definitely consider coming back in the near future.

The place was fantastic - it was modern, clean and well equipped with everything you could need. We especially liked the welcome pack of fresh eggs and bottle of wine. The surroundings were relaxing, peaceful and brilliant for children to enjoy and explore. The hot tub was the best thing ever and our children loved it as well as us! If you are looking for somewhere to eat out, the Waterloo Cross on the road to Wellington is reasonably priced and very child friendly. We had some fantastic days out but our favourite was the Railway Centre in Tiverton which our children (2 and 6) loved. The Quince Honey Farm is also worth a visit and if you are up for a grapple with a few sheep, the Fun Farm at Taunton was very hands on and very amusing! We will certainly stay here again.
